I might be doing wrong according cookery rules :) but what would we eat today? We realized that we have pork pieces with bones in the freezer :) we can put in the oven with some different things on the side :)

so frozen as it is :) peeling potatoes, onions, carrots bring an apple. Salt and pepper liberally to cuts of meat add all the above next yo the meat :) pour over some red wine, plenty salt and pepper plenty of potatoes, etc. pour a little water on the bottom of any glass. Oops some allspice in the liquid, a little olive oil on the potatoes and other ingredients, but not the meat.

The meat I pour over a little syrup. The oven is hot, the 440 degrees fahrenheit. This heat may be for 20 minutes, then I lower to 320 degrees fahrenheit  Now this should be in about 3 hours :) then it becomes tender and nicely with rich flawers and tastes :) look  to overwhelm potatoes and meat occasionally and make sure that there is liquid in the bottom. This makes  a good sauce if you want.
Now I will drink coffee :) put on washing and picked around :)


Jag kanske gör fel enligt matlagnings regler :) men vad skulle vi äta idag? Vi kom på att vi har karré bitar med ben i frysen :) den kan vi lägga in i ugnen med lite olika saker vid sidan om :)

så fryst som den är :) skalar potatis, lök, morötter tar med ett äpple.  Saltar och pepprar rikligt på köttbitarna lägger alla ovannämnda bredvid häller över rött vin saltar lite till och rikligt på potatisen m.m. häller i lite vatten på botten något glas. Oj just det några kryddpeppar korn i vätskan, lite olivolja på potatis och de andra ingredienser men inte på köttet. Köttet häller jag över lite sirap. 

Ugnen är varm har den på 230 grader nu.  På så hög värme får den vara i 20 minuter sedan sänker jag till 160 grader. Nu skall detta vara i i ca 3 timmar :) då blir det mört och fint med massa smak :) ser till att  överösa potatis och köttet då och då och se till att det finns vätska i bottnen. Detta gör man en god sås av om man vill.

Nu skall här drickas kaffe :) sättas på tvätt och plockas runt :)
